📦 Refund Policy for Prepaid Orders

💰 Refund Eligibility (Prepaid Orders Only)
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

The order is cancelled by the customer before dispatch

The product is out of stock or unavailable

The parcel is returned to origin (RTO) due to:

Incomplete or incorrect shipping address

Invalid or unreachable mobile number

Buyer unavailable at time of delivery despite 3 attempts

📉 Deductions on RTO Refunds
If your prepaid parcel is returned to us after failed delivery:

We will deduct shipping, return, and handling charges

The remaining amount will be refunded within 7 working days

Refund value will depend on order amount and logistics cost

Refunds will be processed only if bank account details (Account No. & IFSC Code) are shared within 3 days of RTO

If no response is received within 3 days, your case will be closed with no refund issued
🚫 No Refund in the Following Cases:

Product disliked or change of mind

Minor color/design variation due to lighting or screen display

Delivery refused without valid reason

Abusive, threatening, or defamatory behavior toward our staff
