If your order is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not be able to provide any return or refund as per our company policy.
📦 Need a Refund or Reshipment?
If you wish to:
Reship your order – you will need to pay ₹100 again for shipping.
Request a refund – ₹100 will be deducted from the prepaid amount to cover handling and shipping costs.
👉🏻 Important: Reshipment or refund claims must be made within 7 days of the RTO update. After 7 days, no claims will be accepted.
